What if your child could learn mindfulness skills and techniques to improve focus, emotional regulation, and resiliency to help with life's ups and downs in a fun, relaxed setting? Here is the opportunity for just that!

We are excited to be guiding children ages 6-9 on a journey through the senses using mindfulness and movement in this fun, engaging camp. We will be exploring our environment with activities that encourage reflection, cooperation, movement, creativity, and awareness.

Each day you will receive a summary of that day's focus and activities as well as real world suggestions to incorporate mindfulness into your family's daily routine. Children will finish the week with a feeling of peace and empowerment and skills that can help to improve their sense of calm and focus in all areas. 

This camp is for children ages 6-9. Campers should apply bug spray and sunscreen before coming to camp each morning. Please provide a healthy lunch for your camper. *We will be cooking during the camp and will accommodate any food allergies/restrictions.*

What aged children may attend the camp?

Children must be at least 6 years old by June 1, 2018 and not older than 9 years old.

What should my child bring to camp?

Campers should bring a change of clothes in a Ziplock bag labeled with their names on the first day of camp. They should also bring a healthy lunch and a water bottle each day. *Please no toys from home.*

What's the refund policy?

You may receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee up to 3 weeks before the start of the camp.

Is there any other information you need from me when registering my child for the camp?

Yes, once you complete the registration, then we will email you a registration packet to be completed and emailed back by June 18, 2018.
